Zention is a UK-based technology training company specializing in teaching modern web technologies through online and public training courses.

Founder and Principal Trainer

Founded in 2004 by Matt Speake as a technology consulting company, Zention has accumulated a wealth of experience gained whilst working in investment banking and at product companies and startups in the UK and across Europe.

This knowledge is distilled down now into relevant courses developed by Matt who is our Principal Trainer. Working closely with other developers, passing on his passion for technology and sharing his thirst for knowledge, whilst being very much a “people person” inspired him to redirect Zention into the technology training arena.

Matt is excited to head up Zention and looking forward to developing the business further in the UK. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Royal Holloway and Bedford New College, University of London.
